[WSBAPT] Referral: Cantonese Speaking & Reading

All: PC's dad passed last weekend. He owned a home in Bellevue and several businesses in Hong Kong. Passed Intestate. PC understands per family that dad wanted to leave the house to PC. This intention seems undisputed among family members. Decedent had businesses in Hong Kong, and PC suspect decedent secretly married a woman in HK too.

PC is interested in knowing what his options might be regarding keeping the house and how/whether the outstanding international debts also have a claim on the home's equity, if any.

Would appreciate any referrals -- Preferably someone who speaks and reads Cantonese since the business documents, marriage certificate and other important forms may be in Chinese rather English.
