[WSBAPT] When to Use Affidavit on Petitions

 Colleagues-

In reviewing CR11, curious to find out when people utilize the Affidavit
option outlined in CR11(a)?  I know some firms that do it on every
Petition, but in trying to expedite filings and making things as easy for
clients as possible, wondering if others have clients complete Affidavits
on all petitions, only certain types of petitions, or never - unless it
falls in a category outlined in the rule.
