One of our corporate paralegals is retiring and so my firm is looking to hire a corporate paralegal.  In case you know anyone who is looking, here is the information about the position:

Well-established, mid-sized, North Seattle (Ballard) law firm has an opening for an experienced, motivated full-time corporate paralegal/legal assistant. This position involves working closely with 2-3 attorneys, other paralegals, legal assistants, and clients. Our clients include new businesses, closely held private companies, and individuals in a wide variety of industries. We provide business formation and maintenance, transaction, and counseling services. Paralegal/Assistant will assist attorneys with all aspects of company maintenance and transactional needs. The position involves frequent client contact. Responsibilities include drafting documents for formation, transfer, and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities, as well as maintenance of entity records. Transactional responsibilities include due diligence and assistance in the drafting of transaction documents.

Required: This position requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of three to five years of recent and relevant experience dealing with entity formation and maintenance. Ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately with superb attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm personnel and clients. Must have demonstrated analytical ability and ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment. Working knowledge of software products including Outlook, Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat is required. Knowledge of Snapdone, HotDocs, and Tabs3 is preferred, but not required. Successful applicant will have the ability to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to meet client demands on accelerated schedules.
