[WSBAPT] referral for business attorney in Spokane or Seattle

I have a client who upgraded to a new software for her property management
company.
She has had all sorts of problems with the software and the company that
runs the software.  After upgrading, she cannot run even simple tasks that
the software is supposed to do.
The software company recommended an accountant to help her and the
accountant has not helped the situation and has ended up charging her an
outrageous fee.

Does anyone recommend a business attorney in Spokane or Seattle that might
be able to help?
