[WSBAPT] Referral and Advice for Extensive Stamp Collection

Hello everyone,
Decedent had a very extensive stamp collection. Since it's a taxable Estate, we'll need to get it appraised (client has no idea if it'll be worth $100 or $10,000). Anyone have any referrals for someone specializing in valuing stamps? Would appreciate a referral in Thurston County but if none, elsewhere in Washington would be okay.

Also, client has checked with all heirs and no one has any interest in this collection. Any ideas on where they could sell the entire collection? (They are not interested in selling individual stamps, they want to be rid of the entire thing.) I'd be happy to take suggestions or referrals on this.
