Listmates,

I represent an elderly gentleman who somehow purchased a new pickup truck for younger grifter, "girlfriend" in Las Vegas.

He borrowed $60k to purchase it, and she drove off (never to be seen again).  It appears that the dealership was in on the grift.

Las Vegas Metro is investigating, but the lender wants its money.

Can anyone make a referral to an attorney down there who might be able to help?
