Note, the answers I've read assume the Probate is still open.  If it has been closed you may find a different result - you would in Spokane County.

You can get new letters without An order . I've done this many times when need new date.

Did not want ot make a trip and find I assumed wrong. Can I assume that all I need is a short Motion and Order stating that the PR needs updated Letters Testamentary for State Taxes and Department of Revenue and an Order directing the Clerk to issue them, right?
