[WSBAPT] Updated PR Letters

Don't need that--should just be able to pay $5 per certified copy of the existing Letters and get them directly from the Clerk. Unless the case got administratively closed, then you might need to get the file opened again before the clerk will do anything.

Did not want ot make a trip and find I assumed wrong. Can I assume that all I need is a short Motion and Order stating that the PR needs updated Letters Testamentary for State Taxes and Department of Revenue and an Order directing the Clerk to issue them, right?
