[WSBAPT] How do you gift a manufactured home

Husband/dad already has applied for Medicaid.  I have Will drafted for wife with a testamentary special needs trust in case she dies first to avoid a DSHS lien on assets.  How do I get the home - their manufactured house gifted over to the wife now?  Is it some combination of a DOL form and a Mobile Home REETA?  I haven't done this in 15 years and need to learn how to do this.
