Hi All,
In a probate matter, the someone just has moved onto the property to camp.

I contacted the local sheriff's department and they mentioned I should obtain a Court Order that allows the sheriff to remove the person immediately within 15 days, and then to follow the usual eviction process.

Does anyone know what type of order the sheriff is referring to? Or should I just follow the regular eviction process?

Thanks
