[WSBAPT] house clean up in probate action

One of my clients just used Caring Transitions of Seattle and just loved
them.
They come in and sort everything, divide into trash, charity, and sale.
And put the sale stuff onto an online auction.
The completely clean out the house.
I believe the cost in this case was $1500 which they thought the client
would recover from the online sales items.

We are handling an estate with a  house in King County that needs to be
cleaned out prior to sale.  Recommendations for companies in or near King
County for such a task??  Client has already had an estate liquidator to the
house who says there is some “cool stuff” there, but nothing of any
particular value – at most $3,000.  So we are not so much looking for an
estate sale as for someone whose business it is to clean up a home prior to
a sale, perhaps also getting some cash for items with some kind of value.
