[WSBAPT] house clean up in probate action

We are handling an estate with a  house in King County that needs to be cleaned out prior to sale.  Recommendations for companies in or near King County for such a task??  Client has already had an estate liquidator to the house who says there is some "cool stuff" there, but nothing of any particular value - at most $3,000.  So we are not so much looking for an estate sale as for someone whose business it is to clean up a home prior to a sale, perhaps also getting some cash for items with some kind of value.
