[WSBAPT] Sale of Law Firm Agreement

Does anyone have an Agreement for the purchase/sale of a law firm?  I'm
struggling to see differences between a typical business (whatever that
means) and a law firm.  Obviously RPC needs to be considered, but maybe an
example would help unclog my brain as I think more about turkey than law.
