[WSBAPT] Power of Attorney/Revocable Trust

Thank you all for your very helpful input on this issue. Part of the problem we have is that the trustor/trustee may well be incompetent and the alternate trustee cannot be found but we are looking. We'll likely try to get the first two to resign/decline and go to number 3.
