No and if someone tried to “juice up” the notice to me, I’d write back and say the PR will provide what is statutorily required and nothing more (in a polite and civil way, of course)

The Request for Special Notice under RCW 11.28.240 is almost irrelevant in non-intervention administrations.  Do others "juice up" their requests to include more relevant actions?
