[WSBAPT] Joint probate paperwork

I’ve attached one I did.  One issue was when getting the EIN, you can only designate one deceased name so you have to choose or get 2 EIN numbers.  I wanted one so only one estate account could be opened.

Hello everyone! I need to open a joint probate (husband and wife both deceased both still on real estate) and was wondering if anyone had a sample petition I could use (no will for either).
I know this issue has been discussed here before but I could find any archived emails with forms.
And, if you have any other sage advice for me to make this smooth, I'd really appreciate it.
