We use the Valley News Herald & it usually comes in at $130 to $140 for publishing the notices.
The contact’s name there is Jolene Wentz: vnh at onemain.com<mailto:vnh at onemain.com>  Phone: 924-2440. She can answer your questions about formatting, etc.
They publish on Fridays and need you to send them the Notice before 5 pm on Tuesday.
