[WSBAPT] Administrator of Estate as D

I can find no restriction on naming an Administrator of an Estate in a District Court action for injuries from a motor vehicle collision where the at fault defendant died.
Does anyone know whether there is any restriction and claim must be moved to Superior court once defendant dies?
