Bob Rauch in Skagit handles this kind of federal work. He works all over,
lives in Skagit because he likes the view over Chuckanut Drive.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Referral for Federal Claims

I'm looking for a referral for an experienced real estate developer, who is
Canadian, that is working on some land up in Birch Bay north of Bellingham
that has run into issues with federal land and a sewer pipe. He's been
working on it for a few months and getting nowhere. He has a local
Bellingham attorney assisting with general real estate issues, but need
someone more experienced with this area, especially with US Court of Federal
Claims.

Any takers or recommendations?
