[WSBAPT] Tax on Payments to Mexico

[Mark Vohr]

We are paying an attorney in Mexico a fee for services.  He is adding a 16% tax over the top of his bill telling us that the Mexican government will automatically take the 16% off the international transfer as a tax.  I'm new to this process - has anyone run across it and can confirm?
