[WSBAPT] Life Insurance

Client's husband received solicitation from his (former) employer (he 
was on disability) for additional life insurance.  He applied and paid 
the premiums until his death.  Afterwards his employer and the insurance 
company determined he was not eligible for this insurance because he was 
disabled and not working.  Objections from me fell on deaf ears.  So we 
are looking for an attorney who does insurance work for consultation and 
representation. Self-referrals are certainly welcome.
