[WSBAPT] Filial Responsibility law ORS 109.010

Does anyone have experience with the Oregon filial responsibility law, ORS 109.010? It looks like it is rarely used, but still on the books. I'm curious if anyone has been involved with or known of an instance it's been used recently.
