[WSBAPT] Notice Requirements for Self-Settled Special Needs Trust

Good Afternoon All,

Can someone point me in the direction of the notice requirements for a self-settled SNT.

Background is as follows:
SNT is being established because HC is the beneficiary of an estate, and will lose Medicaid as a result. The SNT will be established via court order.
