[WSBAPT] Off Topic referral -Honolulu divorce

Morning - 

Potential client has been divorced for nearly 20 years. Divorce decree
awarded her portion of ex-spouse's retirement funds - germane at this point.
Ex has also been non-compliant with additional Decree terms over the years,
which potential client wishes to pursue as well. Ex's attorney has blocked
her phone number and will not respond. Can anyone recommend an appropriate
Honolulu attorney, or happen to be licensed in Hawaii him or herself?
