[WSBAPT] Potential Client - Trust Creation

Good Morning List -

When I was in the KC Courthouse last week opening a matter, a gentleman ran
into me at the Clerk's office and overheard me talking to a friend about
estate planning and probate and asked if I could help him with a trust.

He has since just called me and has asked to create a trust with the
express purpose of protecting assets from judgement.  I did not ask for
anything further as this is well outside of my comfort zone - but I am a
softy when it comes to trying to help people so I told him I would post his
story here and see if anyone who is better versed in trusts may be
interested in talking with him.

He stated that he has about $800,000 in liquid assets as well as real
estate. Lives in the Seattle/Beacon Hill neighborhood.

I have contact information and express permission from him to provide to
anyone with permission to call to connect.
