[WSBAPT] Mental Health Issue

Looking for an attorney for the AIF for her psychotic brother.  She needs an attorney to advise her on working her way through the mental health system.   She has a case manager, but they are hitting a lot of dead ends when it comes to obtaining information even though she has power of attorney.
