[WSBAPT] RCW 11.05A.050

Has anyone ever had to have a missing person declared dead under RCW 11.05A.050(4) in order to probate the estate?  I’m interested in how to initiate the proceeding.  “Decedent” has been missing for about 6 months.   There is circumstantial evidence that he may have been suicidal.
