[WSBAPT] REET and PR Deeds

Listmates, on the Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavit, the form requires the signature of the "grantor or grantor's agent" (which is easy because it's the personal representative) but who do you get to sign for the "grantee or grantee's agent"?.  I don't want to have to slow the recording of the PR Deeds (I have about 6) by hunting down the various beneficiaries to obtain their signatures.  Thanks for your input.  -Paul Neumiller
