[WSBAPT] Worker's Comp/Medicare Mess (Referral)

 ?I received a call from a PC looking for help with a worker's comp mess that has developed around her husband.  Medicare is refusing to pay for his care because they assert that the services should be paid by worker's comp.  But if I understood her correctly,  he never filed for worker's comp at all.  She is frustrated and is looking for a lawyer to help straighten this out.  PC lives in La Conner and does not want to travel South of Everett.
