[WSBAPT] FW: Off-topic request - business license

Hi, all,

I have a client who lives in WA.  She is going to work on contract for a company based in Florida.  Her first contract with them will be in Australia, and she may have other contacts in the future in other places. We are deciding what business entity to use, but I'm trying to figure out what kind of business licensing she needs. Does she need a WA business license? A Florida license? No license?  Any suggestions?
