[WSBAPT] POA for Inmate

Dear Listmates,

PNC is inmate in Walla Walla expects to receive significant inheritance (money) in the near future. Would a POA work to set up and manage an account in a financial institution on his behalf? If so, do you know of any of the institutional fiduciaries that might take on this work?

If not, is there a different vehicle to accomplish same result for an incarcerated person?
