I handled and went to trial a few years back on a very similar case where the oral surgeon pulled a wrong tooth and caused interminable nerve problems.  I I am on vacation for the next week but if the client is interested, she can call my paralegal Judy at 2063230 91 one to set up an appointment for when I return on the fifth.

Greetings List -

I have two clients in need of some specialty assistance (non-probate or trust related).

1) A client wants to take on FEMA and their requirement to buy flood insurance (a $10,000 annual charge). He has property near Northgate with North Thornton Creek running along the property. The property has never flooded and given the slope and run of the creek if flooding ever occurred it would be a bigger problem than just his place. (located in Northgate area)

2) A dental malpractice attorney - client has 15 year old son who went in for wisdom teeth removal and oral surgeon took three of four second molars. Initially he denied (nay - lied) about it being a mistake but today he called the family and confessed his error and wants to make it right.  (located in South King County)
