Subject: [WSBAPT] Marine Mammal protection Act - referral

We have a matter in which estate assets include body parts harvested from Marine mammals.  Likely the act was done many years ago, prior to the enactment of the Marine Mammal Protection Act, but we really don't know how old this stuff is or how the decedent happened to come by them.

We would appreciate a referral to counsel familiar with the protection of these items and the liability and responsibility of those in possession of these articles so that appropriate action can be taken.
