Associate Attorney

Job Summary
Jeffers, Danielson, Sonn & Aylward, P.S. (JDSA Law) is actively seeking an Associate Attorney to join the firm's well established and growing practice in Eastern Washington.   JDSA Law has been delivering quality and service to our clients for over seven decades with our team of highly qualified attorneys practicing in over twenty areas of law.

We are currently hiring an Associate Attorney to assist in providing our clients with quality customer service and competent representation, specializing in:
Estate Planning
Probate
Succession Planning
Guardianships
Real Estate
Business

Primary Relationships
Works closely with other attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff.
Communicates with clients on a regular basis.
Communicates regularly with other service professionals, such as CPA's, insurance and financial representatives, etc.

Job Requirements
Successful candidates for this position will likely have a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in a law firm setting with estate planning and probate experience.  Additional tax experience or training (CPA, LLM) is highly valued.

Other Experience and Skills:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in the state of Washington
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent client management skills
Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, and time management
Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace
