[WSBAPT] Referral for Wyoming Attorney

Does anyone have a referral for an attorney in Wyoming to help with an LLC Operating Agreement and Land Lease.  The LLC’s were formed (without an attorney) to manage a Cattle Ranch that my client and his brother inherited.  My client is here in Washington (WA member) and the brother is in Wyoming (WY member).  WA member would like to address what happens to the membership interests in the event either of the two members passed away.  Additionally, the WA member leases (for little or no profit) the land back to the WY member to keep the cattle on.  There is no written lease and the WA member does not want to continue to lease the property for no profit if the WY member passed away and WY member’s family took over the operations of the ranch.

The property is located in Gillette Wyoming but WA member does not mind finding counsel in other cities.
