I’m looking to refer a potential client to someone. PC is a British citizen who owned property in Seattle with her now deceased husband (who passed last summer).  While the English estate has been settled and the property, under English inheritance laws, has passed to her, she has been informed that the English estate settlement process will not be sufficient to have the title work to the property cleared.

She is going to need some assistance to get this title properly transferred into her name in preparation for selling the property.  Her desire is to come to Seattle in early October (the 8th) and, having laid the groundwork for the transfer with an attorney here, get together and finalize, sign etc. all the paperwork necessary to have the title transferred.
