[WSBAPT] Referral - WA probate an ND mineral rights

I have done a few of these You need to contact a ND atty and start an
ancillary probate to change title.
It's a pretty simple process and should be fairly inexpensive. I would give
you the name of the firm, but the last time they assigned a newbie and he
was wrong on the timelines and I had to urge him to read the statutes and
talk to the senior partner. Hope that has changed.
Anyway, there are a lot of firms that do this-it's a very common area of
law in ND Good Luck!
