[WSBAPT] Referral - WA probate an ND mineral rights

All,

 

I have a PC (former client really) that lives and has real property in north
Spokane County, WA that needs be probated. Her partner of 35 years (never
married) left her everything in a will. They are listed as single persons on
the deed. Additionally, he left her producing mineral rights in North Dakota
that need to be transferred into her name. The wells are in 5 different
counties in ND. 

 

Anyone that has some experience with this sort of thing please contact me
and I will forward contact info.

 

I am no longer practicing and was hoping to help her find someone that can
help.
