[WSBAPT] King County Code Violations & Probate

PC, a former client of mine on an unrelated matter, is looking for someone who can advise her on her potential liability, cause for concern, etc. on an estate matter.

PC was Personal Representative of her mom's estate, probate has been closed. Apparently, the county had liens against the property for code violations well before mom died. The Personal Representative deeded the property in question to heir (PCs brother) during probate administration. Now PC is getting calls from King County Prosecuting Attorney's office threatening to re-open the probate and cite all the heirs in regarding this lien.

Any takers? Recommendations?
