[WSBAPT] Identity of transfer agents

I need to transfer shares in Bank of America and Microsoft pursuant to a successor affidavit under RCW 11.62.010 Does anyone know who the transfer agents are with respect to those two companies to send the affidavit and the stock certificates to facilitate transfer. Thanks
