Subject: [WSBAPT] Creditors Claim question 

A family friend to one of my clients is claiming that they are owed money by my decedent. The PR (also surviving spouse) is unaware of any loan that was ever given by this person. 
Is there any change is what is required to prove a debt when it comes from an individual vs say a credit card company?
