[WSBAPT] forgotten heirs

I'm guessing this is for purposes of notice? The heirs at law, assuming decedent had no kids and his parents are deceased, would be his living siblings and the children of his deceased siblings, who take by right of representation. RCW 11.04.015(2)(c)<http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=11.04.015>.

Sincerely,

Eric

Subject: [WSBAPT] forgotten heirs

Hi all:
So Will gifted to significant other (unmarried) and did not name siblings which would have been his natural heirs. Do not think that the significant other could prove a CIR. My question is that while there are two siblings, do the 3 children of a deceased sibling also inherit?
Thanks
Mike
