Subject: [WSBAPT] transfer of guns in estate

Hello, listmates:

Anyone willing to talk about how to transfer guns in an estate? I am completely ignorant about firearms of all kinds and need to get educated quickly. I have a client who wants to leave a firearm collection to someone outside of a gun trust. I'm looking for good source to help me figure out whether that's possible. I also need to determine whether any of the firearms fall under Title 2 of the National Firearms Act. Also looking for recommendations for a good CLE on the subject.
