[WSBAPT] SGAL settlement in Kitsap County for minor

I need an SGAL in a Kitsap county minor settlement.  I have served this purpose several times but it has been a few years since I've needed one.
Pemco has agreed to pay for the SGAL.  Please recommend someone who is willing to do Kitsap case.
The court rules "may" require the SGAL to appear at the hearing on the minor settlement.

KCLSPR 98.16 Minor Settlements
(a)(2) Mandatory Attendance. The attorney personally in charge of the case of the minor, if any, the minor child, and at least one parent or legal custodian shall personally appear at any hearing at which application is made for approval of a settlement. Personal attendance for any proposed guardian may be required by the court. For good cause shown, the court may excuse the personal appearance of the minor child.

I reviewed Kitsap court rules and it seems it has not changed and you choose your own...
