[WSBAPT] Sale of Property from a Trust

If the property constitutes more than 25% of the trust I don’t think there is any way around the notice requirement. A sale of property is binding for longer than 10 years, probably forever. . . . So notice would be required.

HI all,

I am curious if anyone out there reads RCW 11.100.140(2)(a) to require that the Trustee to give notice to beneficiaries of the sale of real estate.  It appears to me it is quit clear that it is only required when the sale is over a ten year term or longer, but a title company is disagreeing with me.
