[WSBAPT] Recording Ltr Testamentary

I recorded a 2 page PR Deed last week (9/13) in Skagit where the Letters Testamentary were attached as P. 3 of the recorded doc.  No objection from Auditor – I checked beforehand exactly what they wanted.  They did want the Death Certificate, as well as the Affidavit to get decedent off title, recorded separately.
