[WSBAPT] Shipping & distributing Guns to heirs

PR finds guns (not pistols) in deceased brother's house in WA. Wants to ship
them to Michigan to distribute to heirs.

 

1.    How can he ship them?

2.    How can he distribute them to other heirs?
