[WSBAPT] VA combat veterans benefits

Listmates, a client has called needing information regarding qualification for some sort of veterans combat benefits. His mother filled out the forms but was told she had too much money.  The representative suggested a solution but the son needs advice on if the suggested solution is appropriate.  WAY outside my area. All referrals will be passed along.  Thanks
