Cash for keys (i.e., vacate) to old tenant. Rarely palatable to the
landlord.

Issuing a 10 day notice to comply to the current tenant who allowed the old
tenant to occupy their mobile home (after first reviewing the lease as to
unauthorized occupants). Remind the current tenant if they want to
continue to reside in the mobile home park then they need to ensure that
the old tenant must immediately vacate.

*Subject:* [WSBAPT] Trespass - No Contact Order - Evicted mobile home
tenant moves in with another tenant

Dear colleagues,

Forgive the second posting of this request, the first one appears to be
caught in a junk mail folder . . .

A person just evicted from a mobile home park moves right back in with
another tenant and places his junk vehicles on the 'new' lot. When police
is told by landlord that "he is trespassing,” police tells landlord that he
has to get a "no contact order.”

A lot has been spent on the eviction already with no possibility of
recovering the judgment amount.

What might be a common sense approach to the situation? Any pointers?

Thanks,

Neli T. Espe
