[WSBAPT] Trespass - No contact

Dear colleagues,

A person just evicted from a mobile home park moves right back in with another tenant and places his junk vehicles on the 'new' lot. When police is told by landlord that "he is trespassing,” police tells landlord told that he has to get a "no contact order.”

A lot has been spent on the eviction already with no possibility of recovering the judgment amount.

What might be a common sense approach to the situation? Any pointers?

Thanks,

Neli
